WE ARE HAPPY TO ANNOUNCE THAT OUR SECOND ANNUAL NEW ORLEANS CAJUN AND ZYDECO DANCE FEST WAS A GREAT SUCCESS AT TIPITINA'S ON THE CORNER OF NAPOLEON AVE & TCHOUPITOULAS ON DECEMBER 9th

SOME OF THE BEST CAJUN AND ZYDECO BANDS IN THE WORLD

PLAYED THE BANDS WERE GREAT  & THE FOOD WAS VERY GOOD

3rd - Cindy & Britt Bromberg; City Stages trip

ZYDECO DANCE CONTEST

There were several contests held during the festival last week. 

The potato dance contest had 3 winners, with each couple winning dinner for 2.

The Cajun yelling contest was won by Liz H. (from Baton Rouge I think), $100 prize

We would like to say a big THANK YOU to all the festival volunteers

Approximately $10,000 was raised and will be donated to Grace House as a result of their efforts
